Returns and exchanges of orders

Once we receive your returned products, they will be examined according to the order in which they were received. We will refund you after we receive your returned products. The refund will be made according to the payment method you used when ordering on our website. Since the return procedures are carried out by automatic systems, the refund will be made according to the payment method of the order stored in the system.

How can I exchange the goods?

Products purchased via the website in our online shop and in our stores in the relevant countries will not be exchanged.

How can I return the goods?

1.   You can return unused products that you purchased on meinwunderconcept.de. To do this, please proceed as follows:
· You can return the product(s) together with the invoice and bill of lading number, paying delivery and customs fees.
· As soon as your product(s) arrive, they will be inspected. If you comply with the return conditions, they will be accepted and your money will be refunded to the payment method you used when ordering. As soon as the repayment has been made, you will be notified by email.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Within this time you can send us an email to wunderkidsstore@gmail.com with your revocation. You are also welcome to let us know your cancellation directly and easily using the contact form below.
